Spring Newsletter 2017
"The beautiful spring came; and when Nature resumes her loveliness, the human soul is apt to revive also."
~Harriet Ann Jacobs
This newsletter spotlights Dr. Henry Kohler. He is accredited to writing the book "M'Naghten: The History of Legal Insanity". Kohler is the head psychologist at the Boise, Idaho facility. The staff spotlight is written by Grayson DeMaro, Boise Director of Public Relations.
The M'Naghten Rule in law is basically the law that declares someone legally incompetent to be responsible for their actions. Whether they knew the difference between right and wrong, either morally or legally.
He has also been an exert witness or provided testimony in cases on malingering, which is to exaggerate or feign illness in order to escape duty or work.
At the end of this newsletter is a riddle:
What is something that you always have but you always leave behind?
And of course the answer to this is fingerprints.
